Mike serviced our fireplace today and it was an easy, friendly, pleasant experience all around. He identified the problem fast, fixed it, and cleaned the parts. It looks like new! Highly recommend.
Greg and Mike were a pleasure to work with. They both explained everything in great detail. The work that was completed in our home was top notch. Overall the folks at Elite are great professionals.
Joe is the absolute best! He came within a day of when i called him and installed the correct part after someone else came and misdiagnosed my issue. He was reasonably priced also. He is my new fireplace repair guy going forwad!!
