Rusty did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vent. He did not waste any time in getting to work. He did a thorough report of his work and pointed out problem areas, complete with photos. He promptly emailed the report and pictures to us.. Among other things, when he examined the vent cover on our roof, he found it was just set on the base but not secured as it should have been. He secured it for us. He was very professional and pleasant.
