Elite Exteriors did a great job building our 4 season sunroom

Sam and crew were extremely flexible, responsive and conscientious. We had a custom design retractable pergola which required extra time and work. It has transformed our outdoor space to be able to use it 9 months of the year. We went with white which has been more work to clean every few months versus black, but black wasn’t an option for us. Pricing was in line with others and they were the only ones able to do a fully retractable custom sized pergola. We love it!

Sam and his team are excellent. Very professional work. Always available to answer questions. I had both patio and all purpose room done. Highly recommend. 5 star all the way.
