Our fireplace was not drafting properly. They cleaned the chimney and fixed the liner. Now it works like it should.

They rescheduled 3 times and each time I have to call back to check as they left us hanging with no communications. The last one the lady promised that they would make it. I had to coordinate with my tenants 3 separated times and still no show. Don’t waste your time with this company, I’m pretty sure the high stars are fictitious and I’m not even sure if this is a legitimate company.

UPDATE: I left my honest review 3 months ago. At that time, this "company" only had 3 other reviews. Two 5* reviews from over a year ago and a 1* review from the week prior to my review. Since leaving the review, this business has gone on a blitz of posting fake 5* reviews by bad actors. The vast majority of these false reviews are coming from fake accounts where this is the only review the fake account have ever written.
