Communication with this company is ridiculous! You call & text and they don’t get back to you for a day or two! My previous project manager was let go for whatever reason and my new PM isn’t any better! After the sale is made there is no urgency in any situation you may have! I definitely would not recommend this company if you’re shopping for solar! Customer service is non-existent with Elevation Solar! Worst solar company!!!!!

This company is very unethical. In 2018, they quoted and installed a 5KW solar system for me with 7.6KW inverter for future expanding the solar. However, when asking them to expand the system, I just found out they installed a 5KW inverter and the system cannot be expanded without upgrading the inverter. You may save a few bucks on solar but you will use the savings to pay for all the damage they do to your roof and subsequent water damage in your house. Customer service will promise to send a tech and take care of it per the warranty but they won’t show up.
