We were sold an 80% offset system and after a few years it has never gotten close to 50% offset, we were told no more winter bills! our winter bills are usually over $100 with the added fees and prices for being a solar customer. (summer bills with the solar system are still 300-400 depending on the month). UPDATE: Solar panels still running strong and working to offset. With the insane SRP price increases for solar and everyone they have paid for themselves early.

They bought out Curb, poorly maintained it, and terminated it without any notice to customers so I had no chance to implement another solution.
