What a joke of "professional" company. I serve on my community's HOA board and we denied an architecture request with plans from this company months ago, but they chose to go over our heads and tell the owner he could install them anyway because of AZ law. Let's start with the fact that their plans weren't fully certified by an engineer, as they should have been.
