Roof turned out great I would hire them again

Waited for two weeks to get 2 bids from this contractor. One bid for a house that was for sale through a real estate agent and another bid for my in-laws house. After two weeks I left a message asking if they had my correct contact information. A couple days later the contractor sent the bid to the real estate agent for the house for sale but no bid to me for that property OR my in-laws property. I was general contractor for almost 40 years. This kind of thing is baffling to me.
