Highly recommend James and Elevate Inspection. The service was professional, "unapologetically thorough", and helped me make a more informed decision about the purchase of our next home. Additionally, the inspection report was clear and easy to understand, even for someone who isn't a contractor. James did an excellent job of documenting the home, reviewing his findings, and clearly explaining his recommendations for what should be done now, soon, and when we want.
