This company and guy is scam. We had all inclusive pricing and then he demanded actual ATM cash for last payment so it wouldn’t go thru his business. The project was supposed to last 2 days but he wanted to drag it out to 4. Every few hours he would come up with you need to pay extra for this or that and I will send you a new contract. This became harassment with excessive texts and emails every few hours. We had to get the building manager to get him out of the building. Is the job finished no
