The staff is easy to interact with and do excellent work. The materials and craftsmanship are high quality. My countertop installation was problem free and completed on schedule. I would highly recommend the guys at Elegant Surfaces to all my friends and family.

We recently used Elegant Surfaces for our basement countertops and were disappointed with the lack of communication and how unprofessional this company was. We discussed several items that we wanted done with our granite that they said they would take care of and that did not happen. I had to follow up with emails and phone calls for almost 3 weeks saying they were going to take care of one of the items and never did. I would never use them or recommend them.

I recently interacted with this company online and found the experience misleading. Initially, they advertised an item as “free,” which felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine offer. When we moved on to pricing, the numbers listed online were in the $30 range, but the actual quote was $50- $120.This is not what is advertised ! I asked if I could purchase the stone without installation, but they said that wasn’t possible. Instead, they directed me to Menards if I wanted to buy the stone . O
