Our experience was so great from beginning to end. We have existing hardwood floors and wanted to install hardwood floors in our kitchen. Matching the existing as much as possible was needed and Jennifer gave us the options that were available with her recommendations. We also had some damage from pet urine and water. Jennifer was able to ascertain that our existing was about 75% red and 25% white oak which is typical in our area. We developed a timeline including wood delivery and letting

Jennifer was so helpful from the start. From start to finish she made the process easy. Jose, who did sanding and finishing was fantastic. Our home was basically dust free. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
