We had a standby generator installed by Thomas Edds from Electric Distribution and Design Systems, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Thomas was professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure the installation was done right. The generator works perfectly, and we feel much more prepared now. After finding out my Solar Company went out of business in 2024 and needing component inspections immediately due to system shutdown down. I reached out not only on a Sunday but a Holiday weekend and the owner called within 1 hour and was on site 48 hours later and resolved all issues in 2 hours. These guys are amazing. Always my first choice to call when our solar needs attention because they are extremely good at what they do. Happy to finally be generating solar again, and only annoyed at myself for not calling them sooner.
