We asked the owner, Eric, several times for the hourly breakdown of this job, plus most importantly the documentation and pictures as promised in the quote and invoice. We requested this documentation several times since we were invoiced in Oct 2025. Called yesterday around 4pm and received a call back right away to schedule an appt. Very friendly and was able to have someone come out the next day. Sean was communicative and came even earlier and went above and beyond to get my shower clog resolved and even noticed my toilet was making noise and fixed that also. Will definitely use their services again.
