Very unprofessional, worst people to work with, do not recommend

I hired Raul to repair my parking lot paid him agreed on a start day, he did not show up. I was trying to get a hold of him. It was really difficult. He would not answer the phone and give me the runaround after that he repaired it he told me the job would last from 3 to 4 years it lasted from 3 to 4 days he told me he would come and repair it and did not come please check before you hire someone to do a job.
