First of all I would like to say that my plantation blinds were very well made and the installation was also done very well. But the time aspect of the entire process was way too long. I purchased them on August 19th with Ramon saying they would take 4 - 4 1/2 weeks for the proposed installation. According to my calendar that would mean Sept. 23rd at the latest. They did not get installed until October 16th. Never did I receive a call or message that they would take this long. I did call in once

They said shutters would be deliver in 3 weeks took 6 1/2 weeks we had to keep calling to see what was going on with our order . Now the remote does not work with electric blinds we were told they would call us back and never did . Will not use this CO again .
