Derrick was absolutely wonderful. He is personable, explains everything throughly. Although I don’t understand air conditioning, I felt he took care of everything & I have total confidence in his ability to find/fix issues. I’ve used Efficiency Mechanical for several homes. This one is only 2 yrs old, but can’t imagine using any other company!
