An absolute lifesaver! We had a massive failure with our old water softener (it’s from 2007, so it definitely lived a long life before this!). The failure wasn't anything to do with them, just old age, but it completely clogged our plumbing with resin beads and knocked our washing machine out of commission. Because it happened the week leading into Memorial Day weekend, we understandably had to wait until after the holiday for them to come out, which meant making a few trips to the laundromat. S
