Very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism.
Robert is very nice, great customer service. Always eager to help in a timely manner. Unfortunately, due to shipping issues, that's not always the case.
They did a professional job installing a new shower cartridge. I learned a couple of things that will help me on future jobs of my own.
