Powell Pump and Well was at my house today for my yearly service. The company delivers yet again. Ethan and Sean arrived in the scheduled time slot. They were extremely friendly and courteous. Moreover, once completing the service, I would never have known they were there. The area was left clean and how they found it. I just wanted to share my experience with Jared who was the technician who came out to service my acid neutralizing system. I was very pleased with Jared's knowledge and the attention to all the details. He was very professional, competent and courteous. I enjoyed my time with him and requested that he come out in August to do the general maintenance on my well. It was a real pleasure to have met him.
