We had some spots on the ceiling and wall that appeared to be from leaks, so we needed a diagnostic inspection of the areas with issues to determine the cause. Marvin quickly spotted issues with flashing on the roof that were exactly above the problem areas. Although our roof is only 8 years old, he explained what had been done incorrectly with the roof installation to cause the issues.

Can't judge things by just looking at it get moisture testers and other good stuff like that. Everyone cant afford to get several inspections glad I could because if I would've just got your inspection only I would've bought a bad house. You missed alot of stuff. Shouldn't have to be supervised to do a thorough inspection especially if im paying all that money. And if youre not able to access certain things maybe you should offer a refund or partial refund for the service you weren't able to do
