Ed’s was fantastic. Responded over the weekend. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Nick. I honestly haven’t felt like I’ve had this great of customer service from anyone since the 1980’s. Highly recommend.

I’m giving Ed’s Wells & Pump 3 stars, and that’s only because of their customer service. The staff, including Eric, were professional, kind, and helpful, that part deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, their billing practices completely ruined the experience. They charge a $125 service call fee that is not applied to the repair, which feels unreasonable, especially when you move forward with the work.
