Furnace stopped working in the morning. Decided to call them out on a Sunday and was charged 185 for a travel charge/diagnosis for being on call. Totally Understandable. Totally Reasonable. Technician was a nice guy. Showed up within a hour. Discovered birds nest in exhaust vent in first 2 minutes. Removes birds nest in under 10 minutes. Even uses my own extension sticks that i offered.
