EcoWater SoCal is the best. From our sales rep Julie RIness to our installer Randy we have the best customer service. We love our spot free sinks and showers and the ease and maintenance of the system. Our neighbors just ordered a system . The RO / alkaline water is delicious!

The product itself is very good, but the service is truly terrible. For an operation that would take them no more than 2 minutes, they are giving a service appointment 10 days later. I called just to get a filter replaced, and they told me to replace it myself because their service team is too busy. They work with Costco, and I trusted that partnership when I decided to install this system. However, Costco should not be working with companies that cannot properly support the products they sell.

I write reviews when service truly stands out, and Jason H. from EcoWater SoCal absolutely deserves recognition. From start to finish, his professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude were exceptional. While EcoWater sent out an automated reminder in advance, Jason went a step further and personally called me the morning of the installation to let me know he was on his way. That kind of personal communication set a positive tone before he even arrived. Once on-site, Jason
