Absolute rip-off — Costco connection is misleading. Stay far away from this company. This is one of the worst purchases we have ever made. We went with this company only because they are connected with Costco, assuming that meant quality, transparency, and accountability. That assumption was completely wrong. We have not had a good experience with this service. At the time of purchase they only had the chrome faucet option available, but we were ensured that once the stainless steel option is released they would upgrade it free of charge. However, after less than a year of having the service they are going back on their word and now say they will only replace it for $79. We have already given this company thousands and thousands of dollars, we will not be giving them any more. Poor customer service.

Bought from Costco - and it's been a mistake ever since. Expensive. Cool Ray bought them out, so it’s been a problem and will charge you as many times and as much as they can. Update: I spoke with Scott at EcoWater, and he made everything right. It was a complete recovery. He was very helpful and understanding.
