Had worst experience with this company. They charged diagnostic fee of $75 for not doing anything - not even opening the unit. They came to provide an estimate for the known issue and did charged for diagnostic fee. They provided estimate for HAVC too HIGH than any other companies. Also, no formal written estimate was provided - only verbal estimate and charged diagnostic fee - NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

We had a big family reunion at our home. Obviously, there were a lot of kids too. Somehow, they sneaked into the kitchen and jammed the garbage disposal. We had to call professionals to help fix this problem. These guys are the absolute best. They fixed the garbage disposal and gave us tips on what to put in it and what to avoid. It was a nice experience. They'll surely get our business in the future.

Super happy with the service. Our HVAC was acting up. Googled some companies and called Eco. Got a timely appointment, and the technician arrived a few minutes early than the schedule. He fixed the heating, told us what he was doing, and was very respectful. All praise, and no complaints. Great service.

They replaced a kitchen faucet and a safety tub bar. The serviceman explained everything to a tee.  He gave me a fair quote and I approved.  He worked quickly and talked to me during the process.  When he was done. He walked me through all of his work.  I was very happy with the finished product.  Very professional.

My air conditioning broke during the heat wave. I called these guys and they were at my home the next day. It took them around 25-30 minutes to fix my "broken capacitor." Honestly, since I don't know anything about air conditioning, they could have sold it a lot more. How refreshing to encounter an honest, ethical, and knowledgeable service persons! I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Woke up with a non functioning boiler. Called and they returned my call quickly, showed up when promised, and completely fixed my furnace. Technician was very professional, happy to explain what was broken (electrical short), and what he would do to fix it. Very reasonable, totally professional... the best service type experience I've had in years. Definitely won all my heating and air conditioning work.
