The team did a great job of helping navigate the options for roofing and solar. The process never felt rushed and it gave me confidence that I was getting the best setup for my home at a reasonable price, which included a full reroof. We even had to stop right before the install because of the Eaton fires. The team was super helpful when we decided to pick the project back up and get it completed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for solar!

Perhaps one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. There sale's agent Jake Turner sold the system to me back in early 2024. He guaranteed he would be with us during the entire process. In the initial months he was indeed. However when Freedom Forever started dropping the ball with incomplete electrical plans and permit pulling errors he ghosted me. I texted him several times and only after a long voicemail plea for help he responded saying "I was embarrassed to respond".

Working with Echelon Solar was a great experience! They designed a system that fits my needs very well, clearly explained the entire process and how everything works and made sure I was comfortable and well informed every step of the way. Their representatives stayed on top of the entire process ensuring I was kept in the loop and that things moved forward in a timely manner. Additionally, they have made themselves readily available even after the system is up and running to answer any question

Bobby was early, friendly and very willing to teach as well. Most importantly he was knowledgeable, efficient and persistent, insuring entire system was working properly. He offered several solutions, listing pros and cons for each. I’ll be calling Echelon Solar Power again if I ever have another problem w my solar.

Echelon Solar provided me with exactly what my sales person promised. They were professional and responsive throughout the project. They jumped through some extra hoops with the city as we had a poorly installed electrical box from a past project from a sub par electrician. They managed to make the necessary adjustments to satisfy the inspector and we finally passed after 3 attempts. We will use them again if we should ever need, hands down.
