Eaton Well is a class operation! Arrived on time, with text updates regarding the appointment and their impending arrival. Our tech had paper booties to keep the mud out of the house, and was super-charismatic and friendly. He explained to me what it was that was causing our water pressure to drop, looked up our previous service records, and said the warranty covered everything but the labor and service call! He did a quick switch of the unit, cleaned up the area afterwards, and PRESTO!! Thank y

Quick response to initial call, and they worked us in asap as we had no water and livestock.

Noticed water was spewing out of the ground near my wellhead after water pressure in house decreased and my pressure tank was continuously kicking on and off. I called Eaton and Dana and Chance came out the same day…. They did a great job. Fixed the leak, confirmed there were no other issues, and my water pressure was restored. They were quick, efficient, and made sure I understood what happened and why. They did a fantastic job.
