General pest inspection

Both Alex and Darian have done a wonderful job both educating me and highlighting tips to end mouse and rat issues. Professional, timely, and effective. Easy to schedule and responsive.

After Several days of email exchanges we agreed on a time and date for service. Then 2 days before the appt I was told that date wasn't available. When I said I could only do the date we agreed on " somebody called last minute" but now I have a 4 instead of 2 hour window. When I agreed to that timeframe I was then told that I need to Zelle $200 to secure the appt. I refused and asked " If You decide not to show up, what are my remedies for a refund" of which I was not given an answer. Sketchy
