Denis refinished my engineered wood floors and I’m very pleased with the outcome. He analyzed the wear on the floor from pictures I sent and quoted a fair price based on what was needed to make my floors look new again. My floors only required a light sanding before applying 2 coats of commercial finish. Spoiler alert…they look wonderful and I would highly recommend Eastside Flooring.

Denis looked at the previous work which was done by house flippers and informed me why the flooring was stressed, causing the bubbles in paneling. He was able to resolve all the flooring issues and also took care of installing brand new locks on all the doors. Super responsive and great work. Would recommend to anyone!
