Fair warning to all after summer 2025. I believe employees have changed and the experience will be different from earlier reviews. I initially wanted my kitchens and bathrooms updated in late 2024 but due to other personal conflict didn’t get around to it until spring 2025. Starting in late 2024 Chen had been super helpful and even into spring 2025 he was awesome. He helped us redesign our kitchen and helped us with all the customizations to get our perfect kitchen. We were asked to placed a 75%
