I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I was told that if I paid an extra $1,000 for a riser lid, my labor costs would be lower the next time my septic system was serviced because they wouldn’t need to dig down to access the lid. That turned out to be completely false. Not only did I not save money, but I’m actually being charged more for my septic pumping service than I was before. I feel misled and taken advantage of. If you’re looking for honest, trustworthy service, I would recommend

We have a triplex in Mesa and we live out of state. We had a sudden issue with a septic tank filling up. Needless to say, we had unhappy tenants who could not flush their toilets. I called Kelly and although he had a full schedule, he made time to come out SAME DAY and partially pump. (That way we didn't have to make arrangements for the tenants to vacate the property for a night!) Then he came back next day and completed the work. We are extremely pleased with his service and responsiveness.
