It blows my mind that they've been in business for so long. We hired them in August to waterproof our home. We had two consults with Eddie but on the day of the job, he was barely there. The work that they did failed. We tested the wooden beams on the exterior walls of our home in multiple areas and they often were elevated (25%+) after rain, and then they would decrease several days after the rain passed. Eddie brought back his team about 6 times in the months that pursued but they never fixed

I am so lucky to have met Ed and Matt. So many water proofing companies try to sell you the most expensive projects for simple needs and it’s hard to know when to trust them or get another opinion. Ed is the most trustworthy professional I’ve ever worked with. Friendly, honest, and takes care of you as his customer. He passes by the house and checks in with you after the job to ensure all is perfect. I can’t recommend them enough.

Called Ed in November as had work done by his company in 2016. He was helpful on what needed to be done; foundation repair. The price was reasonable. Raul and his crew did a great job the following month. I specifically asked Ed to have Raul again. I needed another foundation repair at another area which was done during March. Great work and service.

Just had Raul and the guys from E&M Waterproofing at my house today. They replaced my old dated basement pump system and did a great job! They were prompt, clean and knowledgeable. In October I got water in my basement, I contacted several waterproofing companies. E and M gave me a quote that was the cheapest and addressed the problem. They did not over sell and seemed the most knowledgeable. 5 months later my basement is still dry. Very happy with their work and am looking forward to the egress window they are installing in my basement.

My basement was flooded after a big storm. Another water proofing company salesman showed up and recommended that have a $15,000 below surface repairs made to my foundation. I called E&M for a second opinion. Their tech came down and told me to dig out my window wells and adjust the grading around the house. Free advice. My son and I took care of that in one day.
