Called them and left a message they returned my call the next day and we made an appointment for my day off for them to bid my job. Friday comes around and they no call no showed and wouldn’t respond to texts and calls. I’ve heard they do good work and I’d like for them to do the job. But making an appointment and then them just not showing up is disappointing. Wasted my morning waiting around.

They made our bathroom looks amazing. Completed in two days. Fairly priced.

Showed up an hour late to the appointment. Over the next week, ghosted and didn't reply to messages for days, and when they did gave nonsensical answers to questions we had asked (EX: Q:"Would you like to bid this job?" A: "I can do at your bedroom at all next week" - a bedroom is not part of this job, and we never scheduled any time for next week). Will not be using them.
