Do your research, they subcontracted out the work to who (I assume is an unlicensed technician) they only use a call center for contact and will not respond directly to calls. Make sure all info is given up front , request the insurance and licensing information. double check that the tech works directly for the company. Be sure that any quote has T&C's as well as insurance and licensing info.
