After speaking with the owner, he made it right. He explained that they had a new system and that charge was incorrect. I ended up getting refunded $449.28! He was not trying to make excuses, simply just explained what happen and then apologized. Thanks again for correcting the mistake.

The Technician, Matt, explained the process of cleaning and draining a tank less hot water system. This procedure help reduces build up that can clogged lines. Also, provide options for water softener which I am considering.
