I had a great experience with these E3 and their assessment of my home...I'll update this as the project moves forward with their recommendations.

We finally pried our Energy Star certificate out of our builder's hands & found 3 really dumb mistakes that make us wonder about the validity of the rest of Justin Erickson's report. 1. We have 2 heat pumps in our attic; he listed both as 14.0 SEER. A maintenance man from the contractor who installed them just left our house; he tells me one is a 16.2 SEER & the other is a 17 SEER. 2.
