No basement, no problem! Just added our third retractable storage shelf after previous ones in 2023 and 2024. This is a great company with a sensible quality product that also provides great service. Our second one needed a minor adjustment after a few months and they did a great job with no hassles. Takes literally less than a minute to raise and lower. Ethan once again on the installation. He’s awesome and so is EZ Garage Storage!

E-Z Garage Storage has now come out twice to our home. We have installed EZ Lift racks - the 4x8 and 4x4. They removed our previous stationary racks and installed the new ones. If you are going up and down ladders with boxes be aware...one day your strength may not be what it used to be. We made the switch so we can avoid the ladder fall!

The shelving is like but they was installed in the wrong places and I told Mike what was what. The lift was to be behind the garage door and the fixed against the back wall. When I seen which was what it was too late was about half way installed. I told Mike where I wanted the shelves installed and he did it backwards So now I need the fixed to the other side so I can use it to the fullest. I do like the units.
