Dynamic Heating and Cooling replaced my old beat-up evaporative cooler with a brand new one. I was assigned to this heating company through my home warranty company, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. For over a month, they were completely inaccessible. They would not answer their phone, return my calls, or even return calls from the home warranty company itself. I was without a properly functioning unit and ultimately needed to purchase an entirely new system, which you would think would be strong motivation for a business to return call, yet I couldn’t even get basic com
