We purchased these covers a few years ago and they keep getting clogged. They are supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. When I called I was told they do not offer cleanings. Nor did they offer to help. I would not recommend. We wasted our money. We now need to pay someone to get them off. I hope they did not damage the roof putting them in and pay for new covers.

After a few years these gutter covers start to collect debris in the inlet gap which causes overflow of rainwater. I called them to get it fixed and no one returned my calls. So much for their lifetime guarantee.

Called on a Thursday to schedule a covered gutter cleaning. Was told by a call handler that I was scheduled for the following Monday between 9-11 am. On Monday, no arrival or contact from them during designated window. I gave it a few hours and tried calling the office a few times around 1 PM. Got an office vmail recording both times so I ended up leaving a message. Tried calling again between 3-4pm and reached the same (I think) call handler I spoke with to originally schedule the appointment
