Chris and Albert were great! They not only fixed multiple clogs, they also educated me on the cause of the clogs and outlined what can be done to prevent recurrences. They were very mindful of my cats and reassured me they’d be careful when using the front door. I didn’t even have to ask. They were even cool with my cat who loves to sit and watch work being done on the house (pictured). I suppose it can be a bit unsettling for some since he’s hairless.
