I had an overall decent experience with this carpet cleaning company. They showed up on time and were professional throughout the process. The carpets looked noticeably cleaner after the service, though a few spots didn’t come out completely as I had hoped. Pricing was fair for the quality of work, but I think there’s still some room for improvement in attention to detail. Overall, not bad, but not exceptional either.
