Tanner totally rocked! He gave incredibly detailed descriptions of everything wrong with the home, which wasn't much, and stuff I could repair myself. He showed up on time on quick notice and was worth every penny! Most importantly he put my mind at ease that the patch on the basement wall (image included) was good basement management to avoid all water leakage.
