I was disappointed by Dutchman, so I decided to take my business somewhere else. I got a call today an hour before the beginning of the window for my AC maintenance appointment. I know that emergencies come first, but it was a major inconvenience to me today and whoever I spoke to invalidated me when I expressed my disappointment. They are professional, courteous, pro-active about safety and customer care, current with industry trends, and downright reliable. They know their craft very well.
