Trustworthy and friendly. Good work. Not dependable, will reschedule a few times and is never on time. Two valves replaced to get ice maker for new refrigerator working took him 70 minutes and cost me 300 dollars in labor. When he left I had no water in the kitchen, he forgot to turn on the valve under the sink. Scary moment, but easy fix.
