Constantly forgetting to bring us all of our materials. Every time there's something missing and most of the time I catch it and tell them but sometimes I miss it and it screws us up wasting our time and money.

We visited Duralum and met with Mark and RIck. Both highly knowledgeable about their materials and operations. They introduced us to their entire team and gave us a full tour, which truly impressed us. They took the time to explin their product qulity and processes in detail. We also appreciated hearing a bit about the company's originis and Bill's vision and dediction. Mark's passion for Duralum's journey was clear and inspiring.
