The servicemen that came out to replace the windshield on my motorhome, were prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable of the job at hand. They had the work done and the area cleaned up record time. I had to have the same window replace 6 months ago at a different location and the workers on that job took longer to set up their equipment than it took these men to complete the whole job. Our insurance company hooked us up with Duncan Systems, and I'm glad they did. We were traveling and needed to get our install handled in California, not Texas. Nathan found us a repairman in Moreno Valley who took great care of us. Communication was always great. It was a pleasant experience.
