Literally the most greedy company with the shittiest customer service, the worst electrical service. I know it's not healthcare but we need a Luigi for the energy companies specifically this one. #freeLuigi

Don't even send a company a final bill, don't reach out to that company at all, send the company to a collection agency without even providing the collection. Agency said final bill you are sending them over for. Maybe if you guys would apply payments that are received at your office correctly, that wouldn't happen. What a joke.
