Prompt, professional, and quality service. A light fixture in the hallway of my grandparents' home went bad and he was very quick in replacing it. He also changed a burned out light bulb inside their bedroom. My grandparents are elderly and don't feel comfortable climbing stepladders to change bulbs, so I really appreciate that.

Very Rude. I wasn't able to tell my concern and who ever answered my call, he hung up on me. Very unprofessional!
