Someone needs to teach this guy how to drive, pulled out in front of me, almost hit him, had to to slam on the brakes while blowing my horn at the same time, this happened on 5/6/2026 in a neighborhood off bardstown rd, near Gardiner lane

The company texted me when the service man was on his way, and I could see where he was. He explained to me on the phone what he was going to do to solve my problem. When he was done, he sent the invoice and pictures. Will use them again

They offer free estimates but then want $99 for a service call. Any company that lies about that should not be trusted. I needed a shut-off valve replaced at my toilet and replacing parts. They should be able to give an estimate. I told them what the scope of work would be. Look at the pics I captured on their site when I requested a quote. FREE ESTIMATE. Lies Bait and switch
